The most respectful and courteous person I have dealt with in a business deal. We purchased our home in the middle of the pandemic in 2020. Our paperwork was complete and both we and the seller were ready to sign. All of a sudden we could not go to the office to sign due to the pandemic. Everything was closed. Then the roller coaster ride began. Joe Khan fought many battles and after many situations and obstacles due to the pandemic arose. Joe never gave up.
